(09/08/2008) Whitestone will be hosting a collegiate tournament on September 20. If you're a Whitestone owner and would like to ski in the tournament, contact A.J. Petrillo or Tim Vaio.
(07/22/2008) Justin & April are engaged!!! The planned wedding date is June 20, 2009.
(06/26/2008) Miss Carly Marie Horton is our newest Whitestone member. Born to Kyle and Julie Horton, Carly weighed in at 6 lbs. 15 oz. And, at a length of 19 1/2 inches (1/2 meter) it looks like we might have another deep shortline skier among us!

(05/29/2008) There have been several lake improvements. A short concrete wall at the nose end of the Lake 1 boat lift will serve to shore up and stabilize it. Also, our '06 boat on Lake 2 has received a tune-up and the installation of StarGazer. Consult the User Manual for complete operating instructions.
(05/20/2008) Due to increasing fuel costs, the owners voted 24-3 in favor of increasing owner set fees to $6 per set effective May 1st.

(04/29/2008) Owner contact information has been added to both the public access "Contact Us" area and the password protected "Owners (Login)" area. If desired, owners can log in and register.

(04/20/2008) The Zero-Off speed control system has been updated to Rev.P. The new user manual is now available.
(04/10/2008) A new section "Lots For Sale" has been added.
(04/04/2008) The Zero-Off speed control system has been updated to Rev.O. Letter "A" is now the least aggressive ('softest') pull followed by "B" then "C" (the 'firmest'). Rumor has it they are working on a new user manual and it should available in the near future.
(03/22/2008) Tim Vaio sent a "General Update" email on 03/20/2008. He covers a variety of subjects including this new web site, new owners, a spring clinic, the pro tour stop, the water situation, and boats.

(03/01/2008) The Vaio family tore it up in September. Tim skied 1 @ 38' off at Isles of Lake Hancock on 9/22. He also skied 2 @ 38' off at Crows Lake on 9/30. Tyler skied 2 @ 15' off at 32 mph (twice) at Isles of Lake Hancock on 9/22 which tied his PB set at Regionals. He also skied 2 @ 15' off at 32 mph at Crows Lake on 9/30. Alec skied his first tournament at Crows Lake on 9/30 and ran 3 @ 19 mph for a total of 15 buoys!!!
(03/01/2008) Chris Wakefield nailed down first place and a PB at the 2007 Barefoot Southern Regionals. He scored 3050 in tricks and jumped 32'.
